Return & Exchange Policy

TheWheelWarrior takes the stress away of returns by offering the fairest return policies within the industry. Unlike our competitors who fool customers by advertising Free & Easy No Hassle Returns with fine print stating that they don’t offer returns for wheels and tires, we do offer returns! We want to assure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Return Instructions

We take returns and support related inquiries very seriously, and for that reason we have developed an internal ticket system to assure your inquiry reaches the right department. To initiate a return simply visit our contact us page and click on the ‘Customer Support’ tab and we’ll assure a dedicated support member will respond asap. In all refund cases all applicable credits will be issued to the credit card used when placing the order. If payment was received in any other form not being a credit card we will refund by check to the billing address.

Return Shipment Packaging: In all instances returns must be packaged by use of the original packaging your order was shipped in. Products damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the shipper and may hinder the possibility of receiving a credit. 

Return Policies 

Fitment Issue: In the unlikely event you are experiencing a fitment issue and the products were purchased by use of our vehicle search and fitment recommendations, one of our fitment specialist will propose to you solutions to achieve a proper fit which may include use of offset re-locators and hub rings which will be provided to you free of charge if required. If your fitment issue cannot be resolved we will cover all transit expenses required to get you the right product. In the unfortunate event the issue is due to your error in selecting the wrong vehicle and or purchasing products without the use of the vehicle search we will work with you in resolving the issue however you will be responsible for any freight expenses to resolve the issue.      

Shipping Errors & Damage Claims: In the unlikely event your shipment has arrived damaged or incorrect Wheel Hero will immediately file a claim with the shipper and the shipper will send an inspector to the address where the product was delivered to review the claim. Please note that the product must be in the original form it was received including packaging otherwise the claim will be void.  

Return for Refund: We will accept returns within 10 days of delivery for products that are unused and have not been driven on. *NO EXCEPTIONS* Credit amount will be calculated by purchase price less applicable round trip freight charges plus 25% restocking fee for just wheels and 35% restocking fee for wheel & tire packages. For wheel & tire packages $75 labor charge will also be billed for labor involved in mounting and dismounting the tires. We do not accept returns for items that where special ordered or custom drilled. Wheels that are sold without tires can not be returned if tires were mounted on them. To avoid voiding your return privileges it is highly recommended you test fit your wheels before having tires mounted on them.  

Special Order Brands that do not qualify for returns are 360 Alloys, AXE, BBS, Drive Concept, Lenso, Method, Miro, Red Dirt Road, REV, TSW, Unique ID, Venice Limited, Versante, XIX and Zenetti & any other brand that is mentioned to you in advance will be a special order. 

Refused Shipments: In the event your shipment is refused you will be responsible for round trip freight charges before order is re shipped.

Warranties

At TheWheelWarrior.com we strive to sell the highest level of quality products and for that reason we have strict requirements from our vendors as an effort to ensure our clients are covered fairly.

Warranty provided is a manufacturer warranty extended to the original purchaser. We will gladly assist in fulfilling warranty claims from our Hollywood, Florida location with the customer being responsible for freight charges. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose. All warranty claim decisions are made by the manufacturer and not TheWheelWarrior.com. 

Below are some common warranty scenarios for reference:

What Is Covered:
– Defect in Material or Workmanship

Tire Warranty:
When available the mileage warranty will be detailed within the tire product description. Please note that all warranties mentioned are manufacturer warranties. Road Hazard / Road Side Coverage:

Shipping Information

All shipments are sent ground via one of our carrier partners. Unless detailed within the description of your desired product our average order ships out the same day, however we do ask to please allow up to three days to compensate for orders requiring special order fulfillment.

Address Changes:
Due to strict terms set by the credit card companies we’re only allowed to ship to the address that was provided at the time of check out. Please make sure when checking out that the address you enter is the definitive shipping address as this later can’t be changed. This is done for your protection to prevent credit card fraud.
